We love airports

The boys think flying is fun, but they especially like checking out all the airports and riding the "people movers" (as G'ma calls them). This was the start of our long weekend to Uncle Jon's wedding in North Carolina (see the rest of the photos from the trip below).

The four older grandkids have a lot of fun singing and giggling. It was a good thing the restaurant was already pretty noisy.

Who knows what Nate is doing in this picture, but I thought it would be nice to have him in at least one of my posts. Besides, it is a nice angle of Kaylea's braids, and we all want to see another photo of Molly, right?

The five grandkids (for now). They sure had fun together over the weekend! Owen, of course, is upset because I made him keep his top shirt on a little longer. He was wanting to jump in the river and look for turtles the whole time we were there.

A beautiful day for a wedding! Jon and Amy were married by Broad River. The weather was perfect, the scenery breathtaking, and the bride stunning.

Owen reads Dad a few books before bed. His favorite is still "The Fourteen Bears." 

Snow Ice Cream

Pierce gives Mom a "thumbs-up" on the batch of snow ice cream we made when we finally got some snow in March. The boys and their friends ate two big batches while home from school.

While getting the paper one morning at about 6:30, this is what I saw in our driveway. The pictures would have been better if the glass in my front door wasn't so dirty!
