Last day of school
Pierce really tries to get away with not having his photo taken with his 4th grade teacher Mrs. Dorsey, even though he knows it is a tradition to have his picture taken with his teacher each year.
Saying good-bye
Like all students, Owen gets really attached to Mrs. Bartels and has a hard time saying good-bye. Most of the kids were hanging on to her (literally) and did not want to let her go. Pierce also had the same experience with her in 2nd grade.
Pierce finishes another year
Mom showed up on the last day to snap a few photos of Pierce getting his AR certificate and participating in games. Pierce wishes she would just leave him alone.
Owen and Tyson
Owen with one of his best friends, although he doesn't look too happy to be with him here.
Track and Field Day
The elementary has a track and field day every year. It is generally very hot, but this year the weather was quite cold and there was even rain.
Going for the gold
Pierce has a pretty good year, placing 1st in the long jump, 2nd in the baseball throw, and 4th in the 100 meters.
Owen's first communion
Owen received the body of Christ for the first time on Sunday, April 30th. He was so excited to finally go to communion with the rest of us. 
Who is the altar boy?
Pierce wanted to serve for his brother's special day and show everybody how nice of a job he does.
